This is a request for quotes under solicitation number: 36C26224Q1101 Northern Arizona VA Healthcare System (NAVAHCS) located in Prescott, AZ 86313. The Contractor shall furnish all supplies/services at NAVAHCS located in 500 North Hwy 89, Prescott, AZ 86313. Shipping included in cost.
