This is not a request for a proposal. The intent of this pre-solicitation synopsis is to notify potential offerors of a Performance-Based contract for Pharmacy IV Pre-Area AAON Unit Replacement at Carl T. Hayden Medical Center, Phoenix VA Healthcare System, Phoenix, AZ 85012. The Contractor shall provide replacement unit and replace the aged critical air conditioner serving the Pharmacy IV Prep Suite with a new, reliable system In Accordance With (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). Work shall comply with government and commercial standards. All work performed by the contractor shall be performed in accordance with all applicable laws, regulations, Veterans Administration standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The Veterans Administration intends to issue a formal solicitation to General Services Administration Contract Holders on or about 19 March 2024, under the solicitation number 36C26224Q0763. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed priced contract. This requirement is being solicited as a Service Disabled small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 22133, Steam and Air Conditioning Supplies, applies to this acquisition. The size standard is $30 million. The contract award will be made based on under Best Value trade Off (FAR 15.101-1). All instructions for submitting quotes will be provided in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on eBuy. Paper copies will not be available. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments. To be eligible for contract award, offerors must be registered and marked active in the System for Award Management (SAM). If necessary, register via the SAM website www.sam.gov. Registration may take up to three weeks to process. All responsible sources may submit a quote that shall be considered by this Agency.
