This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued.  This solicitation is a request for quotations (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2024-02 / 01/22/2024.  The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 238220, with a small business size standard of $19 Million Dollars.  The Network Contracting Office 7 is seeking to Pipe Insulation Service for the San Diego VA Medical Center located in San Diego, CA.  All questions regarding this RFQ must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Questions must be received no later than February 19, 2024, at 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Time). No further questions will be accepted after that date and time.  All offers must be in writing and may be sent by e mail to Charity.Cazee@va.gov. Offers must be received no later than February 20, 2024 at 12:00 PM PST (Pacific Time). No further offers will be accepted after that date and time. You are reminded that representatives from your company SHALL NOT contact any VA Medical Center employees to discuss this RFQ during this RFQ process. All questions and concerns regarding this RFQ shall be directed to the Contracting Officer.  SCHEDULE: All interested companies shall provide a quotation for the following: A total of 65 lavatories require insulation of their piping at VA La Jolla. Performed as required to meet the ADA requirements for the VA. Additional piping insulation may require repairs (10-15 existing piping systems) to meet requirements. See the Statement of Work for further details, Section D of the RFQ.
