The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote for the repair and replacement of insulation within Building 200 at the Greater Los Angeles Health Care System, Sepulveda VA Medical Center; 16111 Plummer St., North Hills, CA 91343. The Government intends to award a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract in accordance with FAR Part 13.5 resulting from the solicitation issued. The solicitation shall be issued on or about February 19, 2024, with proposals due no later than March 18, 2024, at 1:00 P.M. Eastern Time. A site visit shall be offered upon the issuance of the solicitation. The estimated award date is 03/25/2024. The following NAICS code: 238310 Drywall and Insulation Contractors, Size Standard $19.0 Million, and PSC code: Z2JZ Repair or Alteration of Miscellaneous Buildings apply to this requirement. The estimated period of performance is 4/1/2024 through 03/31/2025. This requirement is reserved for a 100% Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. ALL SDVOSB s MUST BE CERTIFIED IN SBA s VETERAN SMALL BUSINESS CERTIFICATION (VetCert) to be considered for award. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement.
