This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 is seeking contractors interested in providing a quote to perform Electrical Safety in the Workplace, National Fire Protection Association (NFPA) 70E (2024) Training. This training will be for 120 employees including Maintenance and Operation staff, Biomedical Engineers, Project Engineers, Resident Engineers, and other workers whose job responsibilities may expose them to electrical hazards. Training will be located at West Los Angeles VA Medical Center and those at Sepulveda VA Medical Center (SACC) according to the Facilities Maintenance Directives. Located at 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90073 and at the SACC 16111 Plummer St. North Hills, CA 91343. Solicitation shall be issued on or about December 21, 2023, with proposals due no later than January 12, 2024 at 5:00 P.M. MST. The following NAICS code: 611430 and FSC code: U001 apply to this requirement. This is a 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) set-aside. ALL SDVOSB s MUST BE CERTIFIED WITH THE GOVERNMENT. All interested parties must respond to the solicitation announcement. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
