Scope: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses and... Scope: The Contractor shall provide all necessary labor, materials, supplies, parts, software (needed for the general operation of the equipment), tools, equipment, travel, transportation expenses and other related costs to provide Preventive Maintenance & Inspection (PMI) and Intervening Services on selected Government-owned injectors at the participating facilities. It is the intent of the Government to enter into a single award contract for PMI services on Government Own injectors equipment in accordance with the terms and conditions contained herein. The contract period shall be for one (1) base year with the government having the option to exercise four (4) - one-year options. Preventative Maintenance & Inspection (PMI) services shall be in accordance with manufacturer s specifications including, but not limited, adjustments, calibrations, cleaning, lubrication, testing, disassembly, checkout, replacement of worn and/or defective parts, inspect wiring for wear and fraying. PMI services shall include software updates (if applicable) needed for the general operation of the equipment. Service also includes all necessary intervening service calls required to replace any worn or defective parts needed due to instrument failure and maintain equipment in optimum operating condition.
