This is an 2nd amendment to add operator training for the forklift: Due the forklift having a push and pull attachment, there is a requirement to safely learn how to operate the forklift with push and pull attachment. Provide options for a training guide or certifications options for operating the forklift with the push and pull attachment. Example options: Operator training provides full certification for each operator in a class setting, and then a written and hands-on exam is conducted by the trainer. Non-certified operator training would be a trainer showing all the functions of the unit and the attachment. That is free of charge. Train the trainer is also offered. Train the trainer certifies an employee to be able to provide training to other employees and certify them on the unit. Please provide options in your revised quotes. There are no other changes to the terms and conditions of this Solicitation. All other terms and conditions remain in full force and effect.
