This Source Sought notice is issued for market research and planning for future acquisition in accordance with (IAW) Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). Responses to Request for Information (RFI) notice 36C26224Q0152 will improve understanding of the Government s requirement and industry capabilities. It will enhance the Government s ability to obtain quality services and allow for potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government s requirement. This is not a solicitation announcement. Responses to this notice cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract.
