Answer interested vendor s questions and post VA s responses below: Please confirm the solicitation # associated with this RFQ, as there are three solicitation numbers listed in the document labeled S02_RFQ_Urgent_Renal_Diagnostic_36C26224Q0118. (36C26224Q0118 is provided on page 1, 36C26224Q0102 is provided under provision 52.212-1; item vii; paragraph one, and 36C26224Q0054 is listed in the same section, paragraph two). VA s response: Refer to i. Correct solicitation/notice ID is 36C26224Q0118. The RFP is for Urgent Anatomic Pathology Lab Services, please describe in detail what is meant by Urgent and what the expectations would be for the vendor. VA s response: Daily local courier pickup, or Priority Overnight FedEx / UPS labels with Mon Sat delivery to vendor, so that the specimen is in their lab, ready to begin testing,  the day after collection. Time requirements for reporting are given in Section 7., C. Testing Results CPT 88312 is a part of a Standard Renal Panel, but is not listed on attachment A, can this CPT# be added to the spreadsheet? VA s response: CPT codes included in Attachment A are based on the testing performed and invoiced in one year by the laboratory currently used by SAVAHCS for renal biopsy testing of a total of 33 cases. It is not intended to limit another laboratory s renal panel to these CPT codes/tests. Another vendor may utilize different / additional tests based on those determined to be necessary by their own nephropathologist(s).  All other terms and conditions remain unchanged. Response are due no later than Tuesday, November 7, 2023 at 7:00 AM Pacific Time.
