NOTICE OF INTENT In accordance with FAR 13.106-1(b), Department of Veterans Affairs intends to award a Sole Source Firm Fixed Price Contract to Isensix to delivery and install remote temperature monitoring system for designated storage areas located throughout the VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS). The performance period will be 6 months from date of award. This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. However, any challenges to this sole source must be received in writing and sent to Adrienne Brown at adrienne.brown4@va.gov by May 28, 2024, at 0900, to be considered by the Government for the purpose of determining whether to compete the requirement. Challenges must include information sufficient to enable the Government to make a determination that an equivalent service (Manufacturer-certified Technicians) exists from which would meet the Government's needs as stated herein. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is June 1, 2024.
