The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide On-campus Enhanced Use Lease (EUL) Project-Based Voucher (PBV) VA Supportive Housing (VASH) services for VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. The contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity contract, with Fixed Unit Prices. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on or about Nov 10, 2023. No questions will be answered prior to the solicitation being released.
