This is a Pre-solicitation Notice for a contracted Community Based Outpatient Clinic (CBOC) to provide Primary Care and Mental Health Services located within the city limits of Espanola, New Mexico in Support of the New Mexico VA Healthcare System (NMVAHCS). It is the Department of Veterans Affairs' intent to issue a solicitation set aside for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) for contracted CBOC services to be provided in a private hospital, office or clinic environment to veterans, primarily residing in Espanola, New Mexico.
