The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government has an upcoming requirement for a contractor to provide contracted nurse staffing services for the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Health Administration, Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) facilities. The VAGLAHS currently provides certified nurse assistants (CNAs), Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVNs), and registered nurses (RNs) for patients at their facilities. This includes general RNs, specialty RNs, and nurse practitioners (NPs). In accordance with FAR 52.204-7, System for Award Management, prospective contractors must be registered in System for Award Management (SAM) and in VetBiz database if applicable (VetBiz registration is required for Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses or Veteran Owned Small Businesses) under the applicable NAICS.
