Please see below for further details: Questions: Can we get clarification on manpower? The way I read it in the scope is 1 Boiler Tech for West LA and 3 Boiler Techs for Sepulveda Campus. But when you read the Work Hours section it sounds like there needs to be coverage on all shifts, making it 3 Boiler Techs for West LA and 6 Boiler Techs for Sepulveda Campus. Answer: We only need 1 Boiler Operator for West LA and 3 Boiler Operators for Sepulveda Campus. No other operators are necessary. For the Sepulveda Campus, since the work shift is 10hrs, are they 4 -10 s? Answer: Yes, this correct, but the schedule is flexible and depends on manning. There is mention of being available to work any day of the week. Is there a 24/7 on call rotation? Answer: There is no call rotation, we will just ask if anyone is interested in overtime if someone goes on leave or call out sick.Â
