The Department of Veterans Affairs Network 22 Contracting Office intends to procure a commercial items services contract under FAR Part 13 to provide maintenance and repair services of elevators for VISN 22 Healthcare Facilities (VA Loma Linda, Long Beach, San Diego, and Greater Los Angeles (West Los Angeles, Sepulveda, and Los Angeles Ambulatory Care Clinic)). The NAICS is 811310 with a Small Business size of $12.5 million. This solicitation will be set aside for 100% Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) concerns. The contract shall be effective for a base year, with the Government s option to extend up to one (1) additional option year. The solicitation will be available on/or about July 25, 2023.
