The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN 22), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 22 to notify potential offerors of firm-fixed price contract for the Installation of Pelton & Crane Dental Equipment within the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The Contractor shall provide Installation of Pelton & Crane Dental Equipment In Accordance With (IAW) the Statement of Work (SOW). In addition, the Contractor shall be responsible for the delivery of equipment to specified locations, removal of existing equipment, and return of previously existing equipment to the West Los Angeles VA Medical Center, Building 297 for proper decommission processes. Lastly, the Contractor shall provide any non-warranty parts that may need to be replaced during the installation and assembly process. All work performed, shall be performed in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, Veterans Administration standards, instructions, and commercial practices. The Department of Veterans Affairs has issued a formal solicitation issued on June 2, 2023, with proposals due no later than June 23, 2023 at 4:00 P.M. EDT. The solicitation will result in a firm-fixed price contract with a period of performance of August, 1 2023 to March 1, 2024. This requirement is being solicited as a small business set-aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code 811210, Electronic and Precision Equipment Repair and Maintenance, applies to this acquisition. The size standard is $34.0 Million. The contract award will be made utilizing a Comparative Evaluation IAW FAR 13.106-2(b)(3). All instructions for submitting quotes are provided in the solicitation. The entire solicitation will be made available only on SAM.gov. Paper copies will not be available. Potential quoters are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of this document and subsequent amendments.
