This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government requires multiple contractors to provide fabrication and/or repair services of orthotics to Veterans who are eligible for VA health care services and have medical needs for such items and services located within the following VISN 22 VA Healthcare System locations: VA Long Beach This includes the following counties also serviced: Los Angeles, Orange. VA Loma Linda This includes the following counties also serviced: Riverside, San Bernardino. VA Greater Los Angeles - This includes the following counties also serviced: Los Angeles, Ventura, Kern, Santa Barbara, San Luis Obispo. VA San Diego This includes the following counties also serviced: San Diego, Imperial. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Additionally, Small Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified in the Small Business Administration (SBA) Registry located at www.sba.gov The contract will be issued as a Blank Purchase Agreement (BPA) contract for a One (1) year base period of performance and Four (4) one-year option periods. . All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on SAM on or about June 1, 2023. No questions will be answered prior to the solicitation being released.
