This amendment corrects an error in the type of set-aside annotated on the RFQ to a SDVOSB set-aside. The following addresses questions regarding solicitation 36C26223Q0924. These questions and answers are not incorporated into the solicitation and are only to clarify the procurement. Question 1. What is the name of the company currently performing this requirement and under what contract/task order number are they performing? Answer: This is a new requirement. Question 2: Solicitation Section D.1 paragraph 8.1 on page 40 states the period of performance is one year with options to extend under the FAR. However, Section B.2 indicates a quantity of 6 months of performance for the Professional Engineer in CLIN 0001, one month of performance for the Project Manager in CLIN 0002, one month of performance for the Building Maintenance (Construction) in CLIN 0003, and one month of performance for the Interior Designer in CLIN 0004. Please clarify the requirements. Answer: This solicitation is for the period of performance is for 6 months. Question 3. Solicitation paragraph E.1.l.4.g.3.iii subparagraphs 2 and 3 on page 49 requires quoters to provide a detailed narrative explaining their technical capability regarding ability to provide the personnel required for this project (including but not limited to licenses and certifications), and ability to provide employees who are within commuting distance of the project location and can commute daily. Does the Government desire resume of individuals be included in quoter proposals in order to demonstrate these abilities? Answer: No, the Government is not requesting resumes be submitted/included with this solicitation. Question 4. We are a little bit confused regarding Opportunity no: 36C26223Q0924. Is this Preselection or Solicitation as we are getting two opportunities with the same ID and Name? 1. https://sam.gov/opp/dd12ae71dcfd4973a863c7d0d9133b30/view: Solicitation (13th June 2023) for Small Business. 2. https://sam.gov/opp/6c76b9c21a9c40b29ea3732146c6daf6/view: Presolicitation (16th June 2023) for SDVOSB Answer: Opportunity No. 36C26223Q0924 was posted as a Pre-solicitation on 5/23/2023. The solicitation number 36C26223Q0924 was posted on 5/30/2023 with quotes due on 5/31/2023. An amendment to the solicitation 36C26223Q0924_3 was posted on 6/7/2023 extending the RFQ due date to June 16, 2023, at 10:00 am Mountain Time. Questions 5: Are the quantities listed, correct? Answer: The quantities are listed correctly. Question 6: Will all CLINS be executed concurrently? Answer: No, all CLINS will not be executed concurrently for the period of performance. Question 7: What is the timeline for services? Answer: The timeline of the services is thru 1/30/2024. Question 8: When will the work commence? Answer: The work will commence by 8/1/2023. Question 9: Would the Government consider issuing this as a Base + 4 OY BPA with FFP LOE to allow for future needs? Answer: The government will not consider this type of contract for this service. Question 10: I saw that SAM lists a due date of May 31, 2023, and the RFQ lists a due date of June 13, 2023. However, I thought responses were due on June 16, 2023. Would you please confirm the due date? Answer: The RFQ due date is 6/16/2023 10:00 am Mountain Time, per the amendment to the RFQ posted on 6/7/2023. The RFQ due date is now being extended again via this amendment. Question 11: Also, the pre-solicitation indicated this opportunity would be an SDVOSB set-aside, but the solicitation document states it is a Total Small Business set-aside. Answer: The solicitation is an SDVOSB set-aside.
