Under this same effort, the VALBHS is seeking expert consultation services to facilitate and hone the resource capacity for maximizing performance in the organizational priorities of safety, experience, access, and quality. Scope PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES Mature a culture of excellence by leveraging the existing lean management system. Train and mentor personnel, which includes executive leadership, PIT, and middle management, to demonstrate improved competencies in utilizing a structured lean management system to deliver successful continued process improvement (CPI). Drive CPI outcomes towards becoming the #1 Healthcare System in the Nation. This includes, but not limited to, improving the customer experience and employee engagement. Continue the cultural transformation to sustain improvements and ensure knowledge transfer to leaders, process improvement teams, and personnel. All objectives shall be self-sustained using certified train the trainer approaches to continue the cultural transformation with proven and sustained outcomes. PERFORMANCE WORK STATEMENT Contract shall provide all qualified and essential resources for, including but not limited to, consulting, on-site facilitation, education, coaching, and mentoring support for the enhancement and growth in utilizing Lean Management strategies, within the VALBHS comprised of approximately 250 personnel, which includes executive, professional, key, and vital resources, to ultimately advance successful and efficient problem solving at all levels using the VALBHS Daily Management System. Contract shall accelerate the transformation process of the VALBHS current organizational priorities to deliver successful outcomes. Contract performance shall be assessed by a quality assurance surveillance plan.
