ANSWER: Yes, this is only for the San Diego VA Police Department. We are located in Sacramento, CA but have the ability to complete these evaluations remotely. Would this be an automatic disqualification or would this be considered? ANSWER: All evaluations will be done remotely, so that would not be a disqualification. I graduated from Alliant International University, which is an APA accredited school, however my degree is in clinical forensic psychology. APA has yet to recognize forensic psychology as an accredited specialty. Would this at all be a problem with our application? ANSWER: As long as you hold a Ph.D., have a license to practice in the State of California, and have the documented additional training, it would be acceptable.  Is this set-aside for Total Small Business or Veterans, VOSB or SDVOSB. Please confirm. ANSWER: This is a set-aside for Woman Owned Small Business. As per RFP Scope of work ( QUALIFICATIONS/CREDENTIALING: The Contractor shall provide a licensed professional psychologist who is qualified by their education, training, and experience to conduct psychological assessments.) Need to submit an individual OR need a company to perform the services? If need a company what kind of TESTS need to be performed, please provide the LIST. ANSWER: As long as the business is Women-owned small business and meets the qualification/credentialing, it could be an individual or company.
