The purpose of this Sources Sought Announcement is for market research purposes only, to make appropriate acquisition decisions and to gain knowledge of businesses interested and capable of providing the following services: The U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) requires a Contractor with demonstrated experience in the U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) and Veterans Affairs Supportive Housing (VASH) program to provide community project-based case management and supportive services for Veterans who would benefit from onsite intensive case management due to the complexity and acuity of their needs. 2. The NAICS for this requirement is 624229, Other Community Housing Services. The product service code is G004, Social-Social Rehabilitation. 3.
