This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking to purchase hematology supplies and services that shall be delivered to VA medical centers and Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) in accordance with Request for Quote (RFQ) 36C26223Q0532 and Attachment A. The supplies and services will be used on Government owned equipment to perform in-house testing on a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) basis.
