The purpose of this synopsis is to gain knowledge of potential qualified sources and their size classification (GSA Schedule Holder, hubzone, 8(a), small business, small disadvantage, veteran owned, women owned or service- disabled veteran owned small business relative to NACIS 562991. Responses to this synopsis will be used by the Government to make appropriate acquisition decisions. After review of the responses to this sources sought synopsis, a solicitation announcement may be published in Contracting Opportunities website. Responses to this sources sought synopsis are not considered adequate responses to the solicitation announcement. All interested offerors must respond to the solicitation announcement in addition to responding to this sources sought announcement. The Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office, is seeking sources to provide rental of handwashing stations and rental of portable restrooms to include service at VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLHS), 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073. STATEMENT OF WORK: The Department of Veterans Affairs Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS), 11301 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA 90073 requires a Contractor to provide all equipment, labor, and supplies to perform the required services below: The Contractor shall deliver and provide rental of twelve (12) Contractor owned portable restrooms to designated locations on the campus of VAGLAHS. The Contractor shall deliver and provide rental of ten (10) Contractor owned handwashing stations to designated locations on the campus of VAGLAHS. The Contractor shall provide daily service and supplies for the twelve (12) Contractor owned portable restrooms and ten (10) Contractor owned handwashing stations. The Contractor shall provide daily service and supplies for two (2) Government owned handwashing stations. Specific Tasks: Contractor shall provide portable restrooms. Ten (10) standard restrooms Two (2) handicap accessible restrooms Contractor shall provide portable handwashing stations. Ten (10) standard portable handwashing stations Two (2) handicap accessible portable handwashing stations Contractor shall provide daily cleaning service and replenish supplies on both the portable restrooms and handwashing stations. Contractor shall provide daily cleaning service and replenish supplies, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. d. Contractor shall provide daily cleaning service two (2) Government owned handwashing stations. Both units are single handwashing stations. Contractor shall provide daily cleaning service and replenish supplies, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Performance Monitoring - Routine inspections by Facilities Personnel: The Contracting Officer Representative (COR) or Designee will monitor the cleanliness of the restroom and handwashing stations and provide feedback to the Contracting Officer and Contractor. Place of Performance: VA Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System (VAGLAHS) 11301 Wilshire Blvd. Los Angeles, CA 90073 Period of Performance: Twelve (12) months with the Government option to extend up to four (4) one (1) year options. Delivery Schedule: Portable Restrooms and Handwashing Stations shall be delivered no later than five (5) days after award. (5) Is your firm a woman-owned or operated business? (6) Is your firm a certified service-disabled veteran owned small or veteran owned small business? (7) Capability statement. Responses must be received in writing no later than 4:00 p.m. January 23, 2023. This notice is to assist the VA in determining sources only. A solicitation is not currently available.
