This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this pre-solicitation notice is to announce that the Government requires a contractor to provide Home Equipment Medical (HME) services to patients at their residences located within the VA Northern Arizona Healthcare System (VASAHS) catchment area. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Additionally, Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified in the Vet-Biz Registry located at www.vip.vetbiz.gov . The contract will be issued as an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for a One (1) year base period of performance and Four (4) one-year option periods. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on SAM on or about January 4, 2023. No questions will be answered prior to the solicitation being released.
