Scope: The purpose of this Statement of Work (SOW) is to outline the tasks and responsibilities of the vendor in supplying an Industrial Semi-Electric Pallet Jack Truck 3300lb Capacity, an Industrial Duty Pallet Jack Truck, 27"W x 48"L Forks, 5500lb Capacity, and a 128 Fully Powered Straddle Stacker, 3000lb Capacity 128" for VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. 2. Background: VA Loma Linda Healthcare System has a purchase requirement for their New Offsite Warehouse. This will improve logistics and provide material handling equipment dedicated to the new warehouse for VA Loma Linda.
