This Sources Sought is issued for market information and planning for future acquisition IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). Responses to sources sought notice 36C26223Q0005 will improve the understanding of Government requirement and industry capabilities. It will enhance the Government s ability to obtain quality supplies/services and allow for potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government s requirement. This is not a solicitation announcement. Responses to this notice cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Information received shall be safeguarded adequately from unauthorized disclosure. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking sources that can provide hematology testing on a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result (CPRR) basis for VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. This procurement is not to purchase new equipment. This requirement is an extension to an existing contract beyond the period of performance to avoid a discontinuity in service caused by a delay in awarding a subsequent contract.
