The amount of the award is: $581,992.27 This contract is for routine preventive maintenance inspection (PMI) and Corrective Maintenance Services on government owned Getinge USA equipment at the Greater Los Angeles VA Medical Center. Getinge is the equipment manufacturer and is the sole supplier of factory authorized original equipment manufacturer (OEM), replacement parts and accessories. As the service division of the OEM, Getinge s field service teams are the sole-source for OEM technicians who are trained and certified to perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Getinge equipment. No other company has the trained and certified technicians authorized to perform these services.
