This is not a Solicitation Announcement. This is a Pre-Solicitation Notice only. VASDHS intends to engage one contractor to provide housing placement and case management services to eligible veterans and their families residing within VASDHS area. This procurement will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 15. The resulting Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract will be for a base period of 12-months with four (4) 12-month option periods. The parent facility is VASDHS at 3350 La Jolla Village Drive San Diego, CA 92161. The Contractor shall provide HUD-VASH Case Management and Supportive Services for up to 200 Veterans and their families. The Contractor shall provide continuous delivery and management of services for all assigned Veterans. The Contractor shall adhere to all VA Policies, Standards, and Procedures while under contract. Contracted Staff will have access to VA systems for patient record keeping and updating. No Government furnished property will be provided. The Government intends to make a single award for this procurement. The anticipated solicitation will be posted to SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities on or about May 18th, 2022. Interested offerors are advised that they are responsible for obtaining and downloading all solicitation related documents from SAM.gov | Contract Opportunities and ensure that they are eligible for award by having a current and valid registration in SAM.Gov.
