VA VISN 22 Network Contracting Office 22, Long Beach, CA intends to award a Fixed-Price Contract for Megabus Retreats Outdoor Group Events. In accordance with FAR Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2022-01. NAICS Code is 721214. This procurement is set-aside 100% for Small Businesses. The Request for Proposal is 36C26222R0038. The solicitation shall be available on or about December 17, 2021. This procurement is to obtain Megabus Retreats Outdoor Group Events for Veterans (participants) for the Department of Veteran Affairs, Readjustment Counseling Service (10RCS) Pacific District 5. Period of performance shall be from February 1, 2022 through January 31, 2023 with the Government having the option to exercise four (4) one-year option periods through January 31, 2027. The Contractor shall provide Megabus Retreats Outdoor Group Events. It is estimated that one-thousand two hundred (1,200) participants shall participate in these events throughout the agreed period.
