This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) is seeking sources that can provide a Vital Sign Monitor (VSM) Software solution for VA Medical Center Albuquerque New Mexico. The VSM software shall allow data transmit from the Welch Allyn Connex Vital Sign Monitor to Veterans Health Information System Technology Architecture (VistA), Computerized Patient Record System (CPRS).
