This source sought is issued for market information and planning for future acquisition IAW Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 15.201(e). Responses to Request for Information (RFI) 36C26222Q1033 will improve the understanding of the Government s requirement and industry capabilities. It will enhance the Government s ability to obtain quality supplies/services and allows for potential offerors to judge whether or how they can satisfy the Government s requirement. This is not a solicitation announcement. Response to this notice cannot be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Information received in response to this notice shall be safeguarded adequately from unauthorized disclosure. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22) has a requirement to establish a procurement for hematology testing on a Cost-Per-Reportable-Result basis for VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHCS).
