Solicitation 36C26222Q0824 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 3. Notice: Solicitation 36C26222Q0824 is a Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) 562910, Small Business Size Standard $22 Million. 5. All line items are listed in the Cost and Pricing Schedule for the single base period of performance. 6. Description of requirements: Conduct an Asbestos and Lead containing survey inspection, collect samples, perform lab analysis, and produce required deliverables to conduct a comprehensive survey at the VALLMC for the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and a determination inspection for those surfaces coated with suspect lead-based paint (LBP) and lead base materials. Work will be conducted in each of the specified buildings (Buildings 1 & 2) located at the VALLMC. 7.
