Contract Opportunities 1. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 2. Solicitation 36C26222Q0824 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). 3. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2019-02 4. Notice: Solicitation 36C26222Q0824 is a Service Disabled-Veteran Owned Small Business Set-Aside, North American Industry Classification System Codes (NAICS) 562910, Small Business Size Standard $22 Million. 5. All line items are listed in the Cost and Pricing Schedule for the single base period of performance. 6. Description of requirements: Conduct an Asbestos and Lead containing survey inspection, collect samples, perform lab analysis, and produce required deliverables to conduct a comprehensive survey at the VALLMC for the presence of asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and a determination inspection for those surfaces coated with suspect lead-based paint (LBP) and lead base materials. Work will be conducted in each of the specified buildings (Buildings 1 & 2) located at the VALLMC. 7. Provision FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors -- Commercial, applies to this acquisition addenda for all items needed for submission are display in FAR 52.212-1 8. 52.212-2, Evaluation -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. With Addendum including comparative analysis evaluation. 9. 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions Required to Implement Statutes Or Executive Orders -- Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition. 10. Quotes are to be submitted electronically and are due on May 13, 2022 by 3:00 PM (PST). 11.
