Provide services to repair/replace components of the existing air conditioning (AC) units in Building 1 of the VA San Diego Healthcare System. All control work must include new conduits for new control panels, control field devices, control integration, mapping new control points to the existing BMS, and SNE. All new controls must be integrated into the existing Metasys System. The Contractor shall ensure that the equipment functions in conformance with the latest original equipment manufacturer (OEM) specifications.
