The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 2005-88. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 541611 (Administrative Management and General Management Consulting Services). The Government contemplates an award of a Firm-Fixed-Priced contract resulting from this solicitation. All responsible sources may submit a proposal. This is a Veteran-Owned Small Business Set-Aside. Offerors must be listed as verified in the VIP database (www.vip.vetbiz.gov) when an offer is submitted and at the time of contract award. Any offeror that is not found to be a verified SDVOSB or VOSB will not be considered. Furthermore, offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) at www.sam.gov, and in active status at the time of submittal in order to be considered.
