This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, and a written solicitation document will not be issued. This solicitation is issued as an RFQ. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2022-04. This solicitation is set-aside for Small Business. The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333318, with a small business size standard of 1000 employees. The FSC/PSC is N073. The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), VISN 22 Network Contracting Office is seeking to purchase delivery and installation of kitchen tables at VA Tibor Rubin Medical Center, VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS), Long Beach, CA as part of the kitchen renovation project. All interested companies shall provide quotations for installation services as stated in the attached solicitation 36C26222Q0716. The purchase order/contract period of performance is from May 31, 2022 to June 30, 2022. Please state any known supply chain delivery challenges.
