Scope: The contractor will provide services to assess the current plan, design site-specific procedures for a full building evacuation at each site location, train key leadership and department heads on the activation of the plan, and establish a continuous readiness system with onsite annual training. The contractor will complete a full on-site assessment at each location, to include all clinical units, and procedural areas, along with other potential surge locations and develop a strategy to surge the hospital, each nursing home, and ambulatory care center for the following scenarios: Primary: Internal surge (horizontal and/or vertical movement within the hospital due to fire or other disaster events). Primary: Hospital evacuation – receiving from another hospital. Secondary Benefit: Mass casualty event. Secondary Benefit: Epidemic/pandemic. The Emergency Department will be excluded from the survey.
