This is a pre-solicitation notice for the US Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22), to provide single site minor construction Building Exterior Painting for the Tucson VA. No grey market items will be accepted. All offerors must provide authorized distributor letter. The NAICS code for this procurement is 236220-Commercial and Institutional Building Construction, with a size standard of $16.5 Million. The solicitation documents will be issued on/about March 08, 2022. Potential offerors are responsible for monitoring this site for the release of the solicitation package and any other pertinent information and for downloading their own copy of the solicitation package.
