THIS IS A 100% SET-ASIDE FOR SDVOSBs and VOSBs. The purpose of this requirement is to provide medical screening services for the Phoenix VA Healthcare System (PVAHCS) Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) across the Phoenix metropolitan area. The contractor shall furnish all necessary personnel, materials and supervision to provide medical screening in accordance with the terms and conditions contract and the specifications and requirements specified herein. Contractor shall provide medical screening services at all four (4) Phoenix VA CBOCs which will include greeting Veterans, employees, visitors, contractors, and volunteers in a polite, prompt, and helpful manner. This shall be done while carrying out the approved screening processes that has been determined by the Agency.
