Site Visit A site visit will be held by Mr. Jack Kelly, February 23, 2022 at the Phoenix VA Healthcare System, 650 East Indian School Road, Phoenix Arizona 85012, Main Emergency Department Entrance of 7th St. Mr. Kelly will meet attendees at this location. The contracting officer and contract specialist will attend virtually. Due to the importance of all quoter s having a clear understanding of the specifications/scope of work and requirements for this solicitation, attendance at this site visit is key for submitting a quote. All quoters capable of providing service are invited to attend. Quoters must bring a copy of the solicitation to the site visit. Any changes resulting from this site visit will be issued in a written amendment to the solicitation.
