The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office 22 (NCO 22LB), located at 4811 Airport Plaza Drive, Long Beach CA 90815 has a requirement to establish a procurement for supplies that shall be delivered to Southern Arizona VA Healthcare System (SAVAHCS). The supplies are for government owned equipment, Werfen Rotem Delta Analyzer (EE81598). The supplies shall be Food & Drug Administration (FDA) approved. See attached RFI - 36C26222Q0309 AND Schedule - 36C26222Q0309 for more details. Notice: No gray market or remanufactured items will be acceptable. Gray market items are Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) good sold through unauthorized channels in direct competition with authorized distributors. This procurement is for new supplies only for VA medical facility. Vendor shall be an OEM, authorized dealer, authorized distributor, authorized reseller, verified by an authorization letter or other documents from the OEM.
