Market Research is being conducted to Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB), Veteran Owned Small Business (VOSB), or Small Business interest. The Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network 22 (VISN 22) is trying to determine whether to set-aside an acquisition to provide Dental Prosthetic Implants to Veteran Beneficiaries serviced by the VA Long Beach Healthcare System (VALBHS), VA San Diego Healthcare System (VASDHS) and the VA Loma Linda Healthcare System. The NAICS 339116 is applicable to this acquisition; with a size standard of 500 employees. If your company is interested in performing these services, please notify our office of your intent. Contractor shall provide all transportation, labor, supplies, supervision, and materials required to fabricate dental prosthesis in accordance with prescription specifications from the dental labs of each previously identified Healthcare System. The Contractor shall be a full-service laboratory that can integrate the combined treatment needs of the prosthetic patient requiring simultaneous fixed, removable, and implant supported prosthesis. A positive statement of your intent to submit a quote as a prime contractor is requested. If any teaming or subcontracting possibilities are contemplated, please provide subcontractor s name and breakdown of labor and its performance cost. Evidence of experience in work similar in type and scope to include contract numbers, project titles, award dollar amounts, points of contact and telephone numbers is requested. Past performance references with points of contact and phone numbers. Provide FSS/GSA/SAC/NAC Contract # if applicable. Identify whether the firm falls into any of the socioeconomic categories listed above. Your response is required by Friday, March 4, 2022 by 12:00PM PST. All capable Service Disabled Veteran Small Businesses are encouraged to respond. The Government will not pay for any information solicited.
