VAGLAHCS was recently authorized to offer TheraSphere Y-90 treatments. Purchase and installation of MIM SurePlan LiverY90 software add-on allows VAGLAHCS to perform treatment planning and post-treatment dosimetry for these procedures. MIM SurePlan Liver Y-90 software is an add-on to existing MIM Encore software currently installed at the VAGLAHCS. MIM Software is a small business and maintains a GSA FSS contract. The contracting officer has determined that circumstances of contract action deem only one source reasonably available based on agency need and the proprietary nature of the software.
