The work includes but is not limited to demolition and construction of reception/ waiting areas, exam rooms, Psych/social worker offices, therapy and conference rooms, bathrooms, shower facilities, laundry room/ therapy rooms, storage rooms, staff breakrooms etc., as shown on drawings and specifications. The work includes but is not limited to electrical, mechanical. plumbing, fire alarm, fire sprinkler, security and low voltage components of construction.
