The intent of this project is for a construction contractor to provide all labor, materials, construction equipment, technical skills, and transportation necessary to perform work for project No. 691-22-102, Install Patient Lifts in B500 and B99 at the Greater Los Angeles Healthcare System. The Contractor shall provide all necessary due diligences of work, including site surveys to verify as-built conditions for this project. Located in building 500, 2nd and 3rd floors at the GLAHS, South Campus, and B99 Ground floor at Sepulveda Ambulatory Care Center (SACC). The work includes but is not limited to providing (Guldmann) patient ceiling lifts, tracks, and all associated parts, with installation, providing structural support to the floor deck above with seismic bracing, providing electrical power for the lifts on an independent circuit, and provide inspection by a structural engineer for structural connections, for a fully functional system. The period of performance is 180 calendar days.
