This document serves as the solicitation. The VA Long Beach Healthcare System located at 5901 E 7th St, Long Beach, CA 90822 has a requirement for construction project 600-17-108 SPS Sterilizers and Equipment Site Prep. Work will be performed in a functioning hospital environment. Contractor shall furnish all supervision, tools, labor, training, materials, equipment, and transportation necessary to accomplish the work. The work includes, but is not limited to general construction, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, utility systems, necessary demolition and removal of existing structures and certain other items necessary for completion. All work shall be performed in strict accordance with the terms, conditions, specifications and drawings of the solicitation and all applicable local and VA building codes.
