The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, Network Contracting Office (NCO) is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors interested in providing a proposal for a firm-fixed-priced contract (base + 4 one year option year) for Energy Data Tracking Services for the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Solicitation shall be issued on or about March 23, 2021 with proposals due no later than April 23, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. PST. All interested service-disabled veteran owned small business (SDVOSB) must respond to the solicitation announcement separately from the responses to this notice. A response to this notice is not a request to be added to a prospective bidders list or to receive a copy of the solicitation. Telephone responses will not be accepted.
