The purpose of this notice is to announce that the Department of Veterans Affairs, Veterans Integrated Service Network (VISN) 22, Network Contracting Office (NCO) is seeking Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB) vendors interested in providing a proposal for a firm-fixed-priced contract (base + 4 one year option year) for Energy Data Tracking Services for the VA San Diego Healthcare System, 3350 La Jolla Village Drive, San Diego, CA 92161. Solicitation shall be issued on or about December 17, 2020 with proposals due no later than January 7, 2021 at 2:00 P.M. PST.
