This is a pre-solicitation notice only. The purpose of this presolicitation notice is to announce that the VA Long Beach Healthcare System has an impending requirement for Valet Parking Services. The resulting contract will be for a base period and option years totaling 5-years. Contract will begin on or about January 4, 2021. All Offerors who provide goods or services to the United States Federal Government must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database found at https://www.sam.gov at the time of proposal submission and at the time of award. Additionally, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses who respond to a solicitation must be registered and verified in the Vet-Biz Registry located at http://vip.vetbiz.gov at the time of proposal submission and the time of award. The contract shall be issued as a Firm-Fixed Price contract paid Monthly in arrears. All requirements shall be detailed in the impending solicitation to be issued on or about November 30, 2020. No questions will be considered prior to the release of the solicitation. The following information pertaining to the required work is provided below for planning purposes: 1. The NAICS for this requirement is 812930, Valet Parking Services. The product service code is M1LZ, Operation of Parking Facilities. 2. Required Services. The VA Long Beach Healthcare System requires valet parking services at the medical center located at 5901 East 7th Street, Long Beach, CA 90822-5201.
