This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 -- Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR -- Part 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures and supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; offers are being requested and a written solicitation is attached to this announcement. The Government is seeking a Contractor to provide musician services for spiritual/religious worship service to support the VA Long Beach Chaplain Service. Award will be made to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government. The Government s intent is to award without discussions. Lowest price is the only factor that will be used to evaluate offers (see FAR Provision 52.212-2). Award will be made to the lowest priced offer that is determined to be reasonable. After making selection of the lowest price offeror, the Contracting Officer will determine if the selected offeror is responsible. Refer to the solicitation attachment with Statement of Work. Responses are due September 8, 2021 3:30 PM PST.
