Per SOW 6.1: 518-H-0621-C/O-5411848336-0-C-231676 We are working with Metro to quote the brand specified in your solicitation but they had concerns that the salient characteristics don t match their product. The Metro carts cannot be machine washed nor do they have a 12 year warranty. Is that a mistake on the salient characteristics or is the intended manufacturer not Metro? This is the generic requirements off of the MTR- per the SOW, machine washability is not a requirement. The warranty should be 4 years (SOW 6.1.18). e.       Carts shall be made of uniform density, integral, highly durable, impact-resistant plastics and are resistant to rust. They are able to withstand cart washing requirements including temperatures up to 160 degrees F, and drain easily after being washed. Color is integrated into the plastic so there is no color chipping, even if surfaces are scratched. Machine washability is not a requirement. m.        A minimum of 12 years, 24/7 shift warranty. Refer to SOW 6.1.18- 36 months plus extended 1-year warranty, totaling 4 years. What is the preferred height?
